Fluttery Sleeves

I made this tank a while back but haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. I bought the top (sans sleeves) at Forever 21 for real cheap after being inspired by a shirt I saw for sale online. Then I went to the fabric store and bought 20 different prints because I was too indecisive. Eventually I chose this light pink fabric with tiny brown flowers to sew onto the straps. It was pretty simple. I cut two long strips and sewed them on using an overlapping technique to create little ruffles. Here's the final product:
